Before the unit plans and the calendars, there's you, and what you believe about the students in front of you.
In this module, you'll begin to articulate the beliefs and values at the heart of your teaching. We'll start with where mine came from, look at why your voice matters most when a lesson falls apart, and then you'll draft your own teaching philosophy. We'll be writing on page 6 of Clarity Works together, so have the book nearby along with the downloads below.
Your philosophy doesn't need to be polished or permanent. It just needs to be yours.
