Welcome to Module 1: Finding Your Voice

I'm so glad you're here.

Whether you found your way to this course through Clarity Works, through a workshop, or through a colleague, you've landed in the right place—a space to slow down and get clear about your teaching, in your own words.

A few things before you begin. This course is self-paced, and it's meant to be paused. When I ask you to stop and write, I mean it—the reflection is the work, not something between the videos. You'll get the most out of Module 1 with three things nearby: your copy of Clarity Works (we'll be writing on page 6 together), the Notetaking Guide, and the Your Teaching Philosophy worksheet, both available to download below.

And one promise as you start: there are no wrong answers here. Your philosophy doesn't need to be polished or permanent—it just needs to be yours. We'll draft, test, and revise together.
